Initial Comments:Based on the findings of an offsite follow up survey completed on June 17, 2022, Abby Health Care was found to have corrected the deficiencies and to be in compliance with the following requirements of42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a Medicare recertification and State re-licensure survey completed on February 25, 2022.
